Low stock in higher quality items, salesmen won’t outright say they don’t have a specific item and will try to convince you to buy something else, poor customer service at front desk by certain individuals

I have spent $$ here for my photography in the last few months. I placed an order for a lens, my second one, and they are not cheap. I was going to be placing a third soon but will be going elsewhere from now on. My order was supposed to be ready today, since I have a photoshoot tomorrow. I was told today that it is a couple days delayed and I won't have it for my shoot now. I called about some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, none! You are contracted thru FedEx and if they are not getting your customers items delivered when they say they will be, that is a bad look on you Best Buy!! Lost a customer, which I'm sure you don't care, but they don't care about their customers. Canon will love my business I'm sure! UPDATE** Now they have canceled my order because they got inventory incorrect and do not have it in stock. I am now 3 days past when I was supposed to receive my product and just revied an email stating it was canceled. I am appalled and will NEVER do business with Best Buy again!
