Best Buy is my go-to store for all things technical. Thanks to Israel for his excellent customer service. Even though it was busy, he took time responding to my questions about an iPad and showed me some accessibility options for setting it up for my sister who has some physical limitations. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks, too, for Jason's support and humor!

Some cool technologies and a pleasant management team.
Avoid Best Buy!! Very bad customer service. I ordered a TV for delivery and experienced repeated no-shows and broken promises. Their delivery guy and customer support don’t even speak English! After a “5-minute” arrival call, I waited 4 hours with no update. Customer service then promised delivery that day after speaking with the driver, I waited 2 more hours, and nothing. At the end they told me to wait six additional days. This was handled with zero urgency or courtesy, despite the store being close by. Extremely poor operations and customer service.
