I honestly don't know why I bother even going to Best buy. I have never once managed to walk out of one with an actual purchase unless I buy online for pickup. Since 75% of the goods in the store require the assistance of the skeleton crew staff to be able to actually obtain and purchase, more heavily guarded than the chastity of a daughter at a purity ball. I get frustrated after about 15-20 minutes of watching them each helping their one person who apparently can't actually make a decision on what to buy, or in tonight's case one person buying one item but it still taking 15 minutes to check that one item out and then proceeding to walk with that person and that singular item to the front of the store after they purchased it, with a receipt in hand as if not able to bear being separated for even a moment from their newly discovered one true love. Just baffles me how they set up you to either wait far too long to get what you came in for as a walk-in, or to just get doomed to this fourth circle of hell of eternal waiting in the hopes of catching their eye long enough to eke out can you please retrieve this from the great vault in which it is stored like the treasure of yore. Only to be shot down because their new customer bae now wants to know if they should buy a cable or a thingamabobble to go with the item they took 13 hours agonizing over purchasing.

I went into Best Buy to find a new TV and had the nicest young man wait on me. He talked about the new features and was very informative. It was just a great experience.
