Online they said that they had the printer that I wanted. When I got there they said they had none in stock. They said they could check another Best Buy store. I drove a little further and got the printer I wanted at another store who said they had it in stock and did indeed have it

You just lost a $2,000 sale. I am a very motivated buyer; I'm in town to see my son play in his 100th pro game tonight, and my 70-200 lens failed; so I need one IMMEDIATELY. But the fact that you have a policy that I need to pay for the lens before you even TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX, is about the stupidest thing I've ever heard. All I wanted to do is make sure that it communicates with my camera, and I'd gladly give you the $2,000 for the chance to take pics of my son. But no worries- I'll find something else between now and tonight, by a business whose customer service standards more closely aligns with mine. Enjoy selling to people with lower expected standards of professionalism.
