The forgotten Best Buy! Love this location and if you need computer help when shopping ask for Danny!
Sales process was fine, but the delivery was very bad. The new Samsung refigerator protective plastic was removed hastily and left excess plastic in all the seams and cracks. The installers were in a hurry so they left it to me. Only way to get it is to use my fingernail, a screwdriver or knife. it requires about 30 feet of detailing. Not happy about this poor service on the delivery side.

Worst customer service experience ever!
I bought a TV from Best Buy on an installment plan and they mistakenly delivered it to the wrong address. As a result, I lost an entire day of work and had to pay $300 for a technician to come install a TV that was never delivered. When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer any compensation for their mistake.
I am now forced to reschedule my appointment for April 7, which means another lost work day and more financial loss. Best Buy's incompetence and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes is unacceptable.
I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

There is no customer service. I came into the store wanting to buy a phone gimbal. The gimbal was locked up in a cabinet, and no employees were available to help. They were talking to each other about lunch breaks. I approached a guy at the front of the store for assistance. He said he would call someone. I waited 15 minutes, but nobody came. I asked him again if he could personally help me. He said no and that he would call someone again. I told him nobody was willing to help me and that I wanted to buy something. I got mad and left.
This is not the first time this has happened. It is this store location: BAD Avoid
