Best Buy Mission Viejo

My visit today was exceptional because of the service provided by Anton going above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. I had been searching for these speakers for a while, and finally was able to purchase them. I work in customer service and was very happy to see workers such as Anton who prioritize customer satisfaction as much as I do. I can’t thank him enough for his devotion to helping people.

Will never buy from Best Buy again. I bought a wifi router and didn’t end up needing it, so I went to return it (unused, still in packaging) and they wouldn’t take it back because it was outside of a 14 day return policy they apparently have but don’t openly tell you about when purchasing. In a world where there are so many options (not least of which Amazon).. what are they thinking? I have a long history (more than 2 decades) of buying many many things from Best Buy (entire homes of electronics, etc).. but no longer. Super smart Best Buy! You lost a long time loyal customer over a $75 WiFi router that is 3 days over the return limit…

Great service and selections. I joined their membership after the selection of my new computer and so glad I did. They professionally assisted me with setting up and transferring data from my hard drive, after my old computer's motherboard fried at no charge and when my phone screen saver cracked, I retained free install and removal services. They had great deals on computers and you can order them and pick them up there. I found Leggo sets, computers and keyboards less expensive than on Amazon

I don’t live around here, needed a projector for work. They need better staffing, spent about 30 min looking for a projector and no one came up to me to help or assist me. Walked out very disappointed and frustrated. Driving out to a further Best Buy because of this.
