Very helpful staff all around. A very nice woman helped me pick out a new phone and someone was there to explain VR headsets, even played the same games we did. Dylan was also very patient when we had a hiccup with our Best Buy credit card haha.

Worst service I've ever had they charge you $20 delivery fee when you pick it up in store they claimed that there's a free gift Xbox Ultimate Game Pass which they never send you the code for the associate team does not know what they're talking about I have to rate one star I bought an s90d 42-in Samsung OLED TV like I said it was the worst experience I've ever had honestly I would just like you guys to send me the code for my Ultimate Game Pass because it was a gift that came with the TV I went into the store they said I had to return the TV and then rebuy it that is such hog wash

THE WORST! Ordered a washer and dryer to be installed. When they finally showed up, it took me about 2-3 minutes to answer the door and they were GONE! The guy shut off his phone immediately after, and apparently they don’t have phones in the store either. They expect you to be waiting by the door from 9am-9pm, but they can’t wait a few minutes? You just lost a $2,000 sale because your employees are impatient. I know people are desperate for workers, but I wouldn’t be that desperate. INSANE. We’re going to Lowe’s.
