I ordered a 55 inch Samsung TV to be delivered to me today. A very nice delivery man called me last night to set up a time for delivery. I asked him if I could just come pick it up at the store as I had a busy day. He said no problem, just come by the Sparks store and give them my order number and it will be there. I arrived at the store today to pick it up, only to deal with a very disoriented associate. I gave him my order number. He looked it up and told me my order had been canceled. He then told me it hadn't. He then described to me a Pioneer product I hadn't even ordered. He then told me my TV was there but that in order to still get the reward credit of $15 that was part of the payment, I would have to come back at another time to pick it up !!!! Are you kidding me ? Nice job providing horrible customer service. I'm not going to come back later to pick up a TV that is already there. I told him I cancel it, which he promptly did. Good Bye Best Buy.
