This is a decent store in Altoona for techies. Prices seem to be really high however the quality is there and as you know, ya get what ya pay for. I drove from Gallitzin to the store in Altoona (roughly 20 minutes drive) for a super fast charger. I was misinformed by one of the store associates and led to purchase a product that was not what I had needed and the associate was unknowledgable about what I was seeking but I get that, ya can't know everything, just if you don't know, admit it and find an associate who does have knowledge of the product one is seeking. I don't hold it against the store or the individual as we all live to learn. I will continue to go back to Best Buy, especially at this location as staff is courteous and kind and the issue was quickly resolved! Recommend.

How are you still in business? Your “staff” seems to congregate around the entrance with no knowledge on anything of the products being sold. God I miss Circuit City
