Ended up really frustrated today when I called to see if they had an apple pencil first generation in stock. The woman told me they had an open box one and to wait an hour for them to get it together. I waited an hour and came to the store and first clerk told me he didn't see one and that was kind of it and I started to walk out the door and then I stopped to ask for the manager and see if we could find a solution. Like can you order me one or why does the website right here say you have one when you don't. But there was no offer to order one for me or to help me out. Just he went and looked as well and I wasted a trip to the store and standing around for 15 minutes.
To be clear, I am not upset about them not having my item in stock. I am upset about them telling me that they had my item in stock bringing me up to the store and then just shrugging their shoulders at me.

Barely any selection of iPads with only overpriced new ones with too much on them. Plus whoever the older gentleman is with the ponytail needs a social interaction class because as I’m helping my grandmother shop he just asks “you need help” I say no as I work with apple products everyday and he just scoffs and stands there staring at us trying to shop. Just a weird trip and a weird place
