Got to the store 5 minutes before closing for a pick up, the actually let me in and helped me in under 5 minutes

Called the store to make sure that they had an item In stock that I was planning to give to my wife for Valentine’s Day. They plainly lied to me, the item was out of stock and they admitted they do this to get a pre-sale into the system and then try to convince you to buy another product. When I refused I was offered to drive 1.5 hours to another Best Buy that had (28!!!!) in stock. Seems like so many businesses, Best Buy is past its prime… Very disappointing.
