I usually expect decent customer service from a major retailer like Best Buy, but my recent experience was frustrating and disappointing.
The staff seemed so unhappy, I ask somebody to help me and he completely ignored my request.
When I was paying for the product, I asked the clerk what the difference was between the products because they look the same but different big difference in price, he was not very polite with the answer.
I came in expecting good service and left feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Best Buy needs to seriously improve staff training and accountability.
Honestly man, if you hate your job… quit and find something you love doing.

Wost service ever. I bought a laptop through their website with a pickup available within 1 hour. 2 days later nobody can tell me when I can pick up my item. They said it's stuck in verification process. Multiple chats and calls didn't resolve the issue. Order cancelled. You guys deserve zero stars.
This place has some amazing products! I came in looking for the Switch 2 but came out with a kindle 😂. There was an employee here who was very helpful in helping me find products.
Super UNhelpful staff. I went in shortly after they opened to buy an ipad cover. There were plenty of employees milling around & 1 customer that I saw. I approached 3 or 4 employees ready to ask for help & they all avoided me bywalking away. I finally saw a guy stocking shelves & asked for help & he said he couldn't help me but would find someone who could. After waiting a few minutes I asked him if anyone was available & he said "no they're all helping other customers but they'll come over when they were available". Aftee several more minutes I just left. Compare that experience with the emoloyees at the Folsom store who greeted me at the door, asked me what brought me in today, communicated with the sales rep in the Apple section who (with a smile) brought me right over to the appropriate area & suggested the best case for my ipad. Now that's jow it should be done.
