Best Buy Noblesville

I had originally pre-ordered an Oura Ring 5 directly from Oura and was expecting it to arrive around June 5. When I checked the order status, it was still stuck in “waiting for shipment,” and I was getting pretty frustrated. Before canceling my order, I decided to check Best Buy and Target to see if anyone happened to have the exact ring and size I wanted - in stock. To my surprise, my local Best Buy had one left. Even better, they offered me a $70 trade-in for my Oura Ring 4, which was a better deal than I would have received through Oura. At almost midnight on a Friday, I placed my order online, completed the trade-in information, and by the next day I received a text letting me know it was ready for pickup. The pickup experience was fantastic. I checked in ahead of time, went to Customer Pickup, and was helped by a friendly associate whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. He scanned my codes, retrieved the ring, verified my ID, processed the trade-in, and had everything completed in just a few minutes. Even with a couple of customers ahead of me, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. What started as a frustrating experience with another retailer turned into an incredibly smooth transaction. Being able to find exactly what I wanted, pick it up the next day, and save $70 through the trade-in program was a huge win. A great Best Buy if youre in Noblesville

I broke my phone and went to the Noblesville Best buy 10 min before closing time to purchase a new one. Jack stayed a half an hour after closing to help set up my new phone and the next day he worked vigorously to restore all my information that seemed like an impossibility. Jack is brilliant and deserves a big fat raise.
