Best Buy Newnan

Very disappointed with the customer service at the Newnan location. I came in prepared to spend close to $500, but after waiting about 20 minutes, no one ever came to assist me. An employee even walked right past us without asking if we needed help. I understand he may not have worked in that particular department, but good customer service would have been to at least acknowledge us or find someone who could help. After waiting that long and being completely ignored, I finally left and drove to the Peachtree City location to make my purchase. The Newnan store literally missed out on an almost $500 sale simply because no one took the time to assist a customer who was ready to buy. Twenty minutes is entirely too long to stand around waiting for help without even being acknowledged. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was awful and very disappointing.

I don't write reviews very often, but I specifically wanted to recognize Bryce at the Newnan, Georgia Best Buy. He was exceptional. I came in after having difficulty tracking down a Google Pixel phone I had purchased, and Bryce went far beyond simply answering a few questions. He took the time to help me figure out what was going on with the phone, helped me select the accessories I needed, and even spoke with Capital One on my behalf while we were trying to straighten everything out. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me solve the problem. I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. He simply kept working on it until we had an answer. There is ordinary customer service, and then there is the kind of service that makes you remember someone's name and take the time to write a review when you normally wouldn't. Bryce provided the latter. Best Buy should know what an outstanding representative they have in Bryce. He turned what had been a very frustrating experience into a positive one, and I left the store extremely grateful for his help. Thank you, Bryce—you absolutely went above and beyond.

I do not recommend having your purchase’s delivered to you home. I had a horrible experience trying to get my package delivered. It was delayed for almost a week after they told me it was going to be out for delivery the next day. Then after it finally came in someone had stomped on it, breaking the case it was in and leaving shards of plastic inside. The disc was loose inside the case as well so not only is it being shaken around in the case but also the bottom of the case opened up. The plastic shard pieces are inside scratching the disc up, all before I could even take the plastic wrap off of it. Very disappointing 0/10 don’t recommend.
