When it comes to using your Apple Care+ Coverage at this location, things aren’t done so well. It’s appointment only, and depending on the agent that’s working with you seriously depends on how fast things get rolling. I wasted 1.5hrs at Best Buy and got fed up, and went to DEVICELAND IN TORRANCE. WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. A Best Buy geek squad agent truly didn’t know how to communicate things which make it frustrating, like having to stand or sit in awkward silence while they ‘ do something’ right in front of you for 30mins. After one point I just said “What’s up bro are you gonna be able to do anything with my phone , get started on the repair, hand me paper work, anything?” He replied with what seem to be excuses to delay the process. So I ask for my phone back and leave. DEVICELAND had my phone fixed within the same time I wasted here. What a joke.
Good store at this location. I was very happy because one of the salespeople kept from buying the wrong product. Most appreciated.
