I’ve been researching Sound Bars and finally narrowed the search to one of two. Fortunately, the “local” Best Buy ( a 30 minute drive each way) publicized that the two bars in question were on display where I could give them a listen before making my final decision. Imagine my disappointment when I was told that the two soundbar displays were not working, and had not been for days. Best Buy is one of only Brick and Mortar stores in this region to sell higher end Audio Video gear that can be seen/heard prior to purchasing. I feel like I completely wasted my time driving there and back for a very disappointing shopping experience. Best Buy, put your Geek Squad to work in your own store! You’re losing valuable business to customers.
