Wonderful experience. Greeted by Associates upon entry; directed to appropriate department (home theatre 🎭). Found technical items and checked out. The store appeared very clean and welcoming; displays were neatly organized. It was a pretty darn good looking store and I had a wonderful experience. Will shop here again as I learned the sell washers and dryers!

What a joke. I make my living in customer service, and this goes down as was one of the worst, most ridiculous interactions I've ever had. From the person that answered the first of FOUR phone calls I made to ask the most basic of questions, to each associate, and customer service rep I had the misfortune of speaking with.
I am grateful to never have to spend one more cent at a Best buy in my life though, so I'll thank each, and every one of them for that. Pro tip, save the hassle and check out Crutchfield online.

Walked in looking for a phone case that was listed in stock online. When I asked a worker inside he went to look and couldn't find it. He apologized profusely as though his life depended on it, looked two more places, and then came back looking like he'd lost everything he loved. He couldn't find it. His passion was flattering and inspiring. I still dont have a phone case, but I know if it was in there, there's no way that man wouldnt have gotten it into my hands. I forgot his name. Quirky and in the samsung phone section
