First time in a Best Buy store with this layout and it was great. Tons of displays to see how the items looked which def got me more interested in purchasing as well as a huge tv selection. Wasn't in the market for a pc but they had a good assortment of those as well. The staff was very helpful and i was engaged several times with them asking if i needed any help. Very nice store.
Even though in today's society everybody shops from their comfort at their home either through your phone or computer butt for electronics I always say Best Buy is your best route because you get customer service and any questions they can answer them right then and there also you get to get hands-on experience on the product you're buying rather than just looking at a picture

I have purchased a wide range of products from Best Buy, from smaller items like GPUs to large appliances such as dishwashers, and overall I have encountered no major inconveniences. Compared with Amazon and Newegg, Best Buy’s return process is significantly more convenient.
On Amazon, many products are fulfilled by third-party sellers, some of whom engage in fraudulent practices—such as withholding customer funds, shipping items, and then deliberately creating obstacles during the delivery process to force a return. In such cases, customers may be left unaware and end up losing both the product and the money, until they initiate a dispute through their bank to recover the funds.
Newegg is relatively decent. Its return process is reasonably straightforward, and refunds are typically issued within one or two days after the returned item is received and inspected. This makes it far more convenient than Amazon in many cases.
Best Buy, while often the best overall choice in terms of service and reliability, does tend to be more expensive than online retailers—for example, when purchasing GPUs.

I came in on a early Wednesday morning, without an appt and went straight to geek squad for a quick question about my two laptops I were giving me trouble and was met by Carl who greeted me and let me know i can have a seat and he will assist me as soon as if he wrapped up with his current guest. I waiting just a few minutes after thinking that I didn't actually have a major problem, he still wanted to understand and listen to my concerns, realized and resolved my concern, he showed me how to resolve this on my own on in the future. Also gave me options someone there that could help me with camera options. Usually I shop in Raleigh but durham Southpoint was great option for exactly the help I needed and service that I appreciated.
