If I could give 0 stars I would. My refrigerator delivery the day before Thanksgiving was a complete disaster. No one called before arriving, the driver went to the wrong address, and I received zero follow-up. The Best Buy app was useless.
You can’t reach the store, and the 888 customer service line wasn’t available. There was no way to speak to a live person about an urgent delivery issue after spending a lot of money.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Best Buy needs to improve communication, delivery coordination, and customer service.

Had what I needed. Out really fast, good service
Having a really frustrating experience right now based on a mistake the salespersonade on our order. They coded the install wrong, and when they called a day before the delivery and install that's when we found out. That pushed out the install over two weeks, so frustrating, but at least we would get our TV and could watch it on the floor, but no the delivery time comes and goes and no TV, we call and are told sorry we sent you an email that the delivery wax cancelled, they didn't, and now we have to wait another week for a delivery spot. Just one screw up after another so far and with BF around the corner I have no faith the TV will be delivered as promised or installed at our new much later date. Adding more fun to this is the complete inability to talk to anyone other than an overseas call center to try to get answers. The info they have provided has been unhelpful so far.
