Best Buy usually is out of what you need. Customer service is sub-par. Really, @Bestbuy. My recent visits haven't reflected what I'm saying? Really? You have zero Drones on the shelf. In the security camera section, most stuff I'd sold out. I have left without buying anything multiple times. Most recently, I did buy a $40 camera, but I brang it back because I would have to pay a monthly fee to an app to use it. Or I would have to spend another $70 buck's to run the camera on my own.

I know you have some kind of quota to fill, but hey upper management, stop forcing your floor employees to make sales on all these arbitrary plans and insurance and extra charges. It makes for a bad experience. It feels predatory. Nobody wants to have the Best Buy credit card, that is a horrible financial decision. Nobody wants the insurance plan. Nobody wants to subscribe for a monthly charge. Quit it. Corporate greed makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. It’s like going to the carnival and being heckled to play their rigged games. STOP IT. It’s scamming old people. It’s ripping off vulnerable people. Its creepy. It’s taking advantage of people. It’s disgraceful. You should be ashamed. If you were truly focused on providing customers with the best experience possible you would have some class and stop haggling like a street urchin. The Best Buy name is tarnished by these greedy practices. I will not be shopping here and I know you probably don’t care but maybe Best Buy corporate will get the hint eventually and stop making their employees do this. If all their customers agree. Maybe things can change. I like to be treated like a normal person, not a potential sale. Get some social skills Best Buy.
