The Mt. Juliet Best Buy is a great store. When I was researching which HDTV to buy, one of their sales reps took a lot of time to educate me. He was not just looking to sell sell sell. I went to another chain store comparison shopping and they were a high pressure atmosphere. I went back to Best Buy to make my purchase even though the other place was closer to home.

I went to Best Buy in MJ to sign up for a new phone service and the guy that was doing my application didn't know anything about submitting information on a new customer!! Also their computers messed up so I sat there for almost an hour before he told me it would take a couple hours before they would be able to give me my phones!! I called back four hours later and no call back... I will never go there again
