I'm disappointed with the customer service. I bought a laptop and Microsoft package in a single transaction. I'm unable to return the item over the chat. The Microsoft package is not a physical product for me to carry it into the store. The customer service person who I chatted with could not help and put me into a lengthy process for return. All they have to do is remotely deactivate the email ID for the subscription (I have not even activated it). Not acceptable in today's world.
Update: Another CS agent, reached out and solved the issue over the chat. Quick and easy. Thank you for the prompt response. Appreciate it.
