Geek squad messed up twice on a simple pc build i had them do it so I didnt have to deal with it 1st problem they failed to call me when my aio wasn't working so instead of calling me they wait 2 days trying to fix it so on day 4 when it should be done I call an they tell me they have been trying to fix it maybe call me an I brought them another one I had laying around or I even could have purchased one at best buy but they just waste time so now the biggest problem is I gave them instructions on how I wanted everything an then it came to my fans they went rouge an built it like an amateur pulling hot radiator air right back over the cpu its cooling when I asked for it to exhaust out from the top since heat rises an then they also put my bottom fans pushing air out an upside down since I wanted them to pull air from the bottom an push it up an out the top but there solution was bring it in thats not a solution come fix it since you did wrong but they say thats not covered by your plan I said you went against my instructions you can come fix it im not bringing it 45mins back so please watch out from these novice unprofessional people

Worst experience of my life bean accused of trying to get cash and that I damaged the tv and that that’s what I get for not paying for delivery and installation when I picked up they layed it flat in the car and by there professional it says in the box don’t lay flat they did it’s broke and they won’t fix the problem manager said it’s a u problem I’m the manager and I said no u broke it good luck ha don’t shop there I and waiting for there response and after I will see where I can post biggest regret not recording when I went in to the store but I have video in my home how it was in my car and that we did not damages it
