Today I walked in to surprise my husband for our first wedding anniversary. I kept him blindfolded and greeted an associate and explained my situation. He was extremely helpful as soon as I approached him and he went to retrieve all options for the ps5. He explained everything about the products and seemed eager to help us. He assisted us quickly but never making us feel rushed. We engaged in small conversation and we truly enjoyed the time we spent here. Thank you so much JT for making this experience very special and positive. We look forward to returning for any future purchases.
