Best Buy Torrance

Mi primera vez en Best By obtuve lo que buscaba excelente servicio y lo mejor un crédito por 2 años sin intereses.... lo recomiendo .

We had a horrible experience buying a refrigerator from this store. We live on a very steep narrow hill and requested a small truck. They sent a large one and it couldn't be delivered. I went back to Best Buy and they told me I would have to reschedule a delivery for a week later. Today, a week and a day later, after promising it would be a small truck, they sent another big one. This time I called the store and they said their hands are tied and the only thing they can do is reschedule again. I asked what makes them think it will work the third time when it didn't work the first two times? They had no answer and just kept saying the same thing which is sorry you'll have to reschedule. There is no way to speak to a manager higher up - I've tried multiple different ways. I wouldn't be so angry if they had taken responsibility and fixed the situation somehow - after all, they are the ones who have hired the delivery company. We buy all of our electronics and appliances from Best Buy but never again.
