I just went in there to change upgrade my phone first time the deleted everything (they said it was an accident)
Second time I went there they same reason but they cancelled my promotion without asking me and took my old phone also didn’t give me the new phone
They said that’s how they and system works

First of all before I start this review let me state that the in store associates are very nice and helpful and this was my favorite best buy location. However, the car audio department changed my mind. I paid for 4 door speakers for my car plus installation in store service for the purchase was excellent however the car audio installation department is a mess.I have a 2005 Hyundai and the installation was a plug and play other then removing the door panels. Without even looking at my car he calls me to tell me that my car has an amp and he can't do the installation (I bought the car from an auction so all prior car audio was removed except the factory deck) I explained this to Ricky and he came up with another excuse saying he didn't have the wire harness for the installation and installing the speakers has a complicated wire pattern( i never heard of needing a wire harness to install door speakers) I said you don't need a wire harness its a + and - 2 wire connection that gets wired to the 2 + and - connections in the door . Because I have some car audio knowledge he started getting fustrated and basically told me in but so many words to call corporate because he doesn't want to do the installation . Based on that entire interaction I canceled the entire purchase including returning the speakers and have decided not to shop Best Buy anymore. If u live in LA just go to the 900 block of E 11th in downtown LA and the prices are better and they install with out being rude
