I only bought in this store once, it was the first and the last because I don't plan to go again, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I went to return some batteries that I bought because they were of no use to me and they made me wait 45 minutes, despite that they didn't have any more customers waiting besides me, the person who served me treated me very unpleasantly. I didn't complain to them because I just wanted to get out of there. I don't recommend this store, there are better places to buy it. that they sell.

After being a client for 10 years at Best Buy for the first time, I walked in and I show the price advertising price and it turns out that it’s false because they say the sister has an updated the price and I’m paying more than what they advertise online after I drove 35 minutes to pick up the item that says pick up in one hour I’m trying to understand what’s going on here. I believe I’m gonna have to talk to corporate about it because this is not fair for any consumer especially when online they try to get your attention to come into the store and the manager on site she said there’s nothing she can do about it. The only thing she can do is not sell me the item it will be nice to hear from a supervisor
