I took my broken iPad in today without an appointment. I was helped by Kimmie with the Geek Squad. She checked pricing to find it was better for me to buy a new iPad versus sending it to Apple for a replacement at around the same price. She even found that I could sell back my old iPad for money towards the new one. With the electronics department busy, she walked me over there to find someone to grab the iPad I was buying from the back before ringing it up for me herself. I appreciated that she gave me really fantastic customer service.

Worst customer service. I don’t even know why I keep bothering giving this location a second chance when everytime I walk out of there it’s with a migraine and just pure anger for the people working there due to their pure incompetence for customer service…regardless of it being a key factor of working at such stores during these holidays. Went in for some headphones. Went to the registers, was told they had them in the “warehouse” (key point that there was already a line behind me). They told me to wait on the side and that they’ll bring them. 30 whole minutes go by and guess what…no headphones were brought by NONE of the employees. There was one working in the front just standing there (I assumed a greeter of some sort) but turns out of all the customers that got there after us were able to get the help they needed, items brought to them and everything and yet we were still waiting there. Turns out when that guy felt like it, he went to go get the headphones, which weren’t in the back, just in the regular case where headphones usually are. I legit prefer to drive the 30-45 mins to the Buford Best Buy location and save myself the headache that I get EVERYTIME I come here.
