I went to purchase a $700 computer. The store was nearly empty at 11am. I waited for 15 minutes while 3 foreigners tried to convince the BB clerk to accept some bogus payment. When they finally got to me, it took over 20 minutes to actually find the computer that they had in-stock. 35 minutes for a 2 minute transaction! It was terrible. I can't recommend BB or this store
