Manager Mitko (I sincerely apologize if I didn’t spell that right)…and Jesus were incredible. I bought 3 TVs 3 years ago and started to have problems so I went in to see if I had purchased a warranty. Mitko could have easily told me there was nothing he could do. He didn’t… instead he showed compassion to my situation. He listened. He cared. I could tell he was thinking of everything while we were talking. He told me he’d help and set me up with Jesus in the home theater department. Jesus could train the entire nation of BestBuys. He asked all the right questions. Showed every single option I had. Communicated perfectly and answered the few questions I had cause he did such a great job. I would hire Jesus. I bought a new tv on the spot and was just there to ask questions. They knocked this outta the park. Bravo guys.
