We recently purchased a radio and what we needed to install it. The guy at the Apple Valley store gave us a wrong part AND told us the wrong price information regarding the installation. My Husband attempted to install the radio, realized we had the wrong part. I brought everything back to the Victorville store, the gentleman brought me back to installation, and Mike helped me tremendously! He told me what we needed, I ordered the part, he told me how much it would be for him to install the radio, which we, did AND it was significantly less than what we were originally told. Radio is now installed and everything works! Honestly, his customer service was amazing. Thank you again for helping us!

Worst experience. The woman that help me was useless and rude. She was bothered with my issue that I did not receive the $50 best buy promotion for purchasing the Meta Quest Oculus. She had the audacity to ask if I had the funds in my account to re purchase the item to receive the $50 promotion since she saw that I purchased the items through Afterpay. I was offended buy that question and its none of her business. That big lady with glasses and curly hair in the front needs to go. She was already complaining about helping someone else's issue.
