TERRIBLE SERVICE. I’m so disappointed in Best Buy. Had issue with my new, very nice HP laptop and geek squad helped. They shipped the computer out and were going to ship back to me. They did ship it back with NO explanation of what was wrong. They did not return my laptop charger or usb for my mouse. I’ve tried calling the store and conveniently “they don’t take calls”, so I get re-routed to customer service call center hell. It’s AWFUL. I’ve tried getting them to call me back, they say they will “within 2 hours” and never do. It’s truly a nightmare of service. Businesses like this shouldn’t offer a service if they can’t accept a phone call. I have to go in person and wait to get a quick question answered. It’s wild! DO BETTER BEST BUY!!
