Was glad we got a Best Buy 4 minutes from the house! We have purchased TV, stereo, HD equip, music and DVDs from this store. Excellent selection of all products, everyone very helpful. I don't get the impression that this store has the 'heavyweight' really experienced people working in all the departments, but they are helpful and will get an answer if they don't know. Might just be that it's a pretty new store.

I have purchased over 40 times from Best Buy since 2004. When I tried to use the Rewards Program I was told different things by different people. Their help desk people are out of country and read from scripts so they aren't much help. End result is that they pretend to care, but don't.

I've used the Bee Caves store for several purchases including audio equipment, photography equipment, appliances, and computer accessories. The staff here have been knowledgeable and friendly every step of the way. They've always listened well to what I want and brought me to the products that suit my needs, even if they're not always top of the line or high dollar items. Managers have a done a great job directing me to their expert personnel and staff are attentive as soon as I come into the store. I've shopped at several Best Buy stores both here in Texas and in Los Angeles as well, and this is the best one yet. I'll be back.
