They rescheduled our delivery without notifying us, and we just found this out at the end of the delivery window (waiting ALL day). Delivery was supposed to be 12/9.
UPDATE: The delivery guy came today 12/11) told us to move my son’s vehicle then the guy tinkered around outside for about 10 minutes. My dad watched him from the front bedroom window on his cell phone, walking around talking, then close up his van doors, and drive off without saying a word to us! Then my husband texted and called the dude, no anwer. He finally spoke w/ Best Buy’s manager, and apparently the guy got let go in the middle of the job! HA!!! Wow couldn’t even wait til the end of the day. I am sure it saved us from some unforeseen DISASTER. Needless to say, we will never be purchasing anything from Best Buy ever again. The level of communication was totally unprofessional.

Drove an hour to the Flagstaff Best Buy to buy a new computer. TJ the salesperson was great, and the purchase seemed easy — until I received a cancellation notice an hour later. Called the store, but it routed to a call center. Bank showed no issues, so we went back. They re-ordered it… and an hour later, another cancellation.
A third trip back ended in a refund.
4.5 hours and no computer.
For a store that sells high-end electronics, their ordering system is shockingly unreliable. This “never happens,” they said — but Google reviews show otherwise. We’re done with Best Buy.
Techs didn’t install my original parts and I had to go back to the store after discovering that $200 worth of parts were missing. Additionally, my hard drive was not connected and I had to reconnected on my own. Also bio was not updated and had to do that after they said that they had updated it.
