We had some difficulties with a TV that had to be exchanged, but was promptly taken care of thanks to Bryan and James! Fantastic customer service! As we left, the manager even came out to our vehicle to make sure we had it properly loaded so it would not break on the way home. We appreciate you all greatly and will be back!
My shopping experience at Best Buy at the Pinnacle does not deserve a rating. I went there specifically to purchase a Skylight Calendar. The website showed there was one available. Upon arriving at the store, I finally found someone to help me, just to be told that the one Skylight Calendar that was showing available, was on a new order that had not been checked in yet. The item that I wanted to purchase was in their stockroom and they could not go get it for me because the order had not been checked in yet. Purely ridiculous. Ironically, the same thing happened to me last year when I tried to purchase 2 Kindles for gifts. I left Best Buy and drove to Target in Kingsport where they had 6 Skylight Calendars in stock. I bought what I needed and I gladly paid $50 more for them. Very poor management and Customer Service at the Best Buy at the Pinnacle. Jeff
