Ricky hired into Best Buy in 2005 as a part time Computers Sales associate. After the national tragedy of September 11th, Ricky’s career had been affected and he decided on a change of pace.
When he’s not motivating his team, he enjoys video games, being a semi-pro paintballer, watching the Patriots and claims his son is his best friend in the whole world.
Of his team, Ricky is quoted as saying “One team, one dream”.
