How do I check product availability at the West La Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local West La Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Paid for a hard drive I was told was at another store location. It wasn’t there. Asked for a refund. Hasn’t come yet. Tried to reach customer service. Got an AI chatbot and could not reach a human. Maddening. Why are stores closing while people choose Amazon? THIS is why. Uhg.

Customer service at this location is by far the worst I have seen at any Best Buy. Let’s start off when I pull up I have a question and I see the a girl dropping off an order to the car. I needed to know where a roadie pickup was and so I yelled excuse me but she ignored me. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me so I yelled it she continued to walk. When I wasn’t that far away. So she goes into the store mind u I’m right behind here like 3-5 feet I yell again she she then turns around. Then I need more help and it was like no lie 7-8 people in the front not one of them at the front door. And after waiting and multiple people seeing me stand there they finally came over to see if I needed any help. Asked to speak with a manager and they said it would take them a min to come to the front. If it was mid day I could understand but at the start of the day your just ignoring customers service
