This is not for this specific location but Best Buy as a whole. Buying a pre-owned iPhone 13 Mini from Best Buy was one of the worst purchasing decisions I’ve made. On December 28th, I spent $470 on a phone that was advertised as being in “excellent condition.” I trusted Best Buy because they claim to be an authorized Apple retailer, which should mean their refurbished products use genuine Apple parts. That trust was completely misplaced. For the first 90 days (just long enough for the warranty to expire), everything seemed fine. But by early April, the phone started having serious battery issues — it wouldn’t hold a charge and displayed a warning that the battery was either improperly installed or not genuine. When I took the phone to Geek Squad, they opened it up and confirmed that the battery was an aftermarket part — not Apple-certified — meaning Best Buy sold me a phone with fake parts without ever disclosing it. Even worse, after multiple visits to different locations and several frustrating calls to customer care, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. Best Buy completely failed to take responsibility for selling a faulty product. They clearly don’t stand behind the “quality” they advertise, and their customer service is a joke when it actually counts. I will never buy a refurbished product from Best Buy again — and honestly, after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll ever shop with them at all.

Nobody around to help even after going upfront n asked if was left to wait while they waited on people who came in after us. FINALLY got helped and the guy was great
