We went back to Best Buy for the first time in many years. It's never been the best experience, but a friend suggested that we go to this one. We went over Memorial Day weekend, hoping to get a deal. We found a refrigerator that we liked. The salesperson told us that they could price-match an agreement with Lowe's if we bought a microwave with the fridge, and we would get an additional $500 off. We did not need a new microwave, but we thought it was a good deal, so we took the offer. We learned from the salesperson that we needed a counter-depth unit. We went home and measured again. Confirmed the size and went back the same day to place the order. The microwave was delivered, and there were no issues. When the refrigerator was delivered, the delivery person said it would not fit. The salesperson had put the wrong model number into the system, so we got the wrong one. When we called, they said we needed to go back to the store to get it situated. It is now August. When we went to the store, they told us that we would not get the price match discount because it was only available on that day. Even though they admitted they ordered the wrong refrigerator, they refused to honor the original deal. Essentially, we bought two complete price units under a Memorial Day special, and they told us that if we committed that day, we would get an additional discount. None of that happened, Best Buy has always, in my opinion, been challenging to work with. Not only have we had to wait almost 3 months to get things straight, but they are refusing to honor the deals they offered. Today, they were very clear that they made a mistake, but that they were not going to fix it. I can call this nothing but shady.

Shoutout to Gage! He helped me decide which AirPods were the best overall fit for my needs. He was super knowledgeable and was gave me outstanding customer service. I didn’t feel rushed and he helped me connect them to my phone before I left the store. Literally will come to this location for his help only moving forward. Thanks Gage!!!

The Geek Squad at this place was so awful that I had to say something. And I’m not normally one to write reviews. When I dropped off and picked up my computer, both times I wasn’t even acknowledged for nearly 30 minutes. They told me that they fixed my driver issue and as soon as I brought it home it was clear that they just wiped everything and did zero testing afterward. Because after a few minutes it went back to doing the same thing again. One star to the worker who laughed and said “good luck” when I told him I was heading to the Geek Squad. He clearly knows how laughably awful they are. On top of everything they made me pay 200 dollars despite my warranty covering everything they were supposed to do. Despite them doing nothing. The worst customer service experience I have ever had

I always think its funny when you walk in everyone is asking do you need help with anything, and your just there to look around. Then when you need help no one is around. Other than that staff is great
