How do I check product availability at the Oxford Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Oxford Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Abysmal customer service. Had to ask for help and rude guy said he was helping someone and walked away from the desk without relaying me to someone else or asking what I had trouble finding. I said all i need was pointing in the direction of a product. He never spoke a word as he walked away.

Worst Store ! I bought a TV with extended warranty. I called Geek Squad and made an appointment to repair. Had to wait 3 weeks just for the appointment. That day no show no call . Waited all day since they have 7 thru 7 time allotment. Called them back to get a run around ! Could not get any response from them just made me another appointment. Which I have no confidence they will show up!That leaves me with 8 weeks of no TV! Never in my life have I seen a company that had no concern for their customers. I have bought several big screen tv and electronics from them. Never again ! I will never step in their stores again. Which with their attitude they would not care. No wonder they are closing up some of the Best Buy Stores. Lousy customer service!!!
