Ordered a refrigerator last week from Strongsville Best Buy,and was supposed to delivered today, emptied out my old fridge and got ready for delivery, truck showed up with no refrigerator and said they did not have one for delivery. Spoke with Best Buy and was told I would have to wait until December 30- January 2. What store leaves someone without a fridge during the Holidays because they don’t know why it wasn’t on the truck. Very unprofessional.

I purchased airpods from this location and it supposedly was delivered via Roadie. I never received the package when I was notified it was delivered. The delivery photo was a black screen and the location of the package was not my house. I contacted the customer service to open an investigation and the guy told me that this was not acceptable and they’ll help to look into it and get me my refund. I received an email about the investigation being incomplete and they said they can not provide a refund or a replacement, contact law enforcement. Waste of my time. Terrible service. They sent me a pity $50 gift card which does not even cover half of the airpods I ordered. Customer service is useless apparently and the inability to get me my refund for the excuse of the delivery service they chose for my package is unacceptable and cheap. Will never order from this location or online via BestBuy.

Went in, the friendly greeter asked what I was looking for, I told him, he pointed me where to go -purchase made (cashier had a great smile). In and out in less than 5 minutes.
