This review is for All Bbuy, not just this one. They now use AI to answer phones, prevents customers from speaking to person at the store. Had about 2-3 easy questions, about laptops,etc. Looking to buy new one. DONE WITH THE BB temu-radio shack world of treat your $ customers like dirt. If I'm not important enough to talk to an associate for a minute on phone, THEN BB YOU DON'T GET MY MONEY. Ya, that's how it works in my world corporate globalists, how's it feel? Ouchy?
