Horrible service even though the store was empty....
came into the Best Buy in Strongsville specifically to look at and purchase a high-end gaming laptop with the new NVIDIA 5070 graphics card. I waited around for assistance but not a single employee acknowledged me or offered to help, even after I clearly looked like I needed assistance. For a major purchase like this, I expected better customer service. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I’ll likely take my business elsewhere. Disappointed in the lack of support.
Went there to get a car stereo upgrade. Sales person spent part of the time trashing Best Buy since he was quitting and then proceeded to sell me something that wouldn’t fit the car. He swore that the only cost I would have is the stereo and that all other parts were part of the free install. When I called to schedule the appt, they started pitching me items that he shoold have quoted that more than doubled the cost. On top of that, “to get the deal” and save money he had me sign up for this $50 Best Buy return thing that I couldn’t refund. If you have to go to a Best Buy, skip this one all together.
