Greeted at the door and a gentleman named Mohammed assisted. He was very attentive and friendly. He made our shopping experience a breeze. New technology is always coming in and sometimes overwhelming. He offered suggestions and recommendations. Also learned you price matched, so coming back again!

I’ve been holding off from giving this place a low review, but I had enough. I come here to shop weekly and everytime I show up the managers are rude to me specially the female manager because I request to buy a high demand product.
Sometimes they have the product in hand, I’ll ask if they have it available and they’ll straight lie to my face and say it’s out of stock. I’ll request for them to look up sku for availability & after looking up sku, pow it shows it’s in stock. Sometimes they refuse to pull out the product after confirming the product is available.
This last time I went to go get this product, I provided the sku and they told me they won’t be putting out for some random reason.
They just didn’t want me buying the product pretty much.
The managers and front desk workers always be lying and don’t want to sell us customers the product when it’s available.
I don’t even feel comfortable coming inside this store anymore.

One of the managers in the glasses made me a Best Buy account but he didn't give me the password now I'm trying to sign into my account and it won't let me been waiting 3 days to get the recovery email I still haven't got it so this is quite annoying about to delete the app completely he was in charge of the TV Department or electrical whatever you want to call it currently don't have no social medias unable to contact you guys through there
