Horrible customer service. They make you wait in line and register using a QR code just to get an ítem that's right on the shelf WITH ALMOST NOBODY IN THE STORE. Employees are rude, look annoyed to talk to you and even fail to make a simple greeting. It is absurd, to the point that even other retailers look good in comparison. I felt that the employees did not wanted to sell me anything.
