Doy 4 de 5 estrellas en Puerto Rico solo por la falta de servicio a cliente que está debido a incluir que todavía no hay. Por mi caso, si necesita saber el precio de un reparación, no se transferirá usted al empleado de geek squad supuestamente debido a la falta de empleados. Cualquiera tiene que llamar y citar con la tienda de bestbuy en que quiere un reparación y llegar en persona. No es conveniente y es 2024

They need to clean, thoroughly, the storefront. Too much trash and dog pee. Not to mention the escalators haven’t worked since the 2017 hurricane…

Walked in for a robotic vacuum, customer service was speedy-informative-sale completed by ringing me up past long lines. Ricardo assisted me and also climbed to the top shelf for the last one iRobot Roomba specific model. Lots of staff, lots of people, no craziness around aisles, and no cluttered floors! Elevator to the 2nd floor is where the entrance is, no working escalator even though there. Items shifted around on some shelf’s so pricing needed to be confirmed and the app scanner wasn’t working today. It’s a Saturday so parking in the garage was a bit wild with tight corner turns and rushed drivers with their reasons.
