No problem with the payment. The delivery was a disaster. I had to explain several times to 4 different contacts that they had to contact the indicated person for the delivery. They finally got it, but during delivery and installation, one of the parts (which they had recommended I buy at the moment I bought the machine) was not a match. Instead of solving the issue, they asked me to call another place, buy the right product, and coordinate the new installation at my own cost with no intention of solving themselves... The worst of all: They logged the process as "installed," and the 5-year warranty (I had purchased at an extra cost) started running... How is it possible if the apparel is not fully installed and so not functional... I will not detail the client service department's attention when I called them: Waiting time, no solution, no calling back... as poor as the service overall. So disappointing.

They seem understaffed and it can be hard to find help. The online queue for in person help has taken an hour before!
