We went in with our grandmother who only speaks english and is hard of hearing but our experience was excellent thank to an awesome employee. Edgar attended us from start to finish, going above and beyond. Explaining with detail and great patience towards our grandmother, making an effort for her to be able to understand. What was believed to be a long extensive procress ended up quick and easy trip due to his wonderful customer service. Very helpful during the payment process and again excelled in patience towards our grandmother. Kudos to Edgar, star employee. In case I didn't remember his name properly, he was an older gentleman with glasses.
