Went 6 months ago or so to see if i can get something in payments and a guy with glases who worked there said hold up ill get someone and a short girl told me in a rude manner what did u need and I said hello I wanted to know about if I can qualify for payments and she said u have to go to the counter by an area she pointed and I said thanks ima go see and she just turned around and left and workers are always just wondering around instead of looking around if someone needs help

Not enough staff to check out especially because they had a launch of new Pokemon cards. Waited 20 mins in line before they opened up another checkout lane. Also had another customer with a large problem and was supposedly talking to a cashier about the problem. Cashier should have called for a manager to come over and insist instead of making people in line waiting to check out especially for one item. Management needs to plan ahead regarding staffing especially since they know a collector's item will be in high demand. A separate checkout line twouod have been the solution.
