Horrible customer service. Was standing in the Garmin watch section and tried to flag down a worker so I can purchase it. While I was waiting on that, I used their QR code to “pick up” in store which is the dumbest concept. I’m already in store, why would I need to order for pickup. 5 minutes go by and not one associate came and helped. I think there was about 7-8 workers I saw in store; what are y’all even getting paid for.
The laziest employees I’ve ever seen. I don’t mind employees chilling but 5 guys talking about comic books can’t even be bothered to help a single customer. Manager should be fired.
Went here and the person at the door was awesome, very helpful. Customer service here is excellent. To be honest this usually doesn't happened when I go to best buy. But I was impressed.
