Employees working the phones are very uneducated, unenthusiastic, and overall unwilling to help. Best Buy absolutely had everything I needed, but left because it felt like I was bothering employees who'd rather do nothing.
The employees at the entrance were kind and helpful.

Came in to purchase some AirPod 3’s, and just trying to get someone to grab me a pair was an exercise in patience. It’s alway, “oh you need to talk to someone in that department”, and then watch the same person walk off to go meander around, pretending to be busy in there department. Then it’s back to where you were, waiting for someone to open the case. I ask a Verizon rep if he can help, and he points me to customer service to maybe have someone there help, where there’s like 10 people standing around with blank stares, clueless as to what line they’re supposed to be in. Came in to spend $300, but gave up and left. It’s no wonder people loose their minds at brick and mortar stores and chew employees out. You all are being replaced by online sales. Hope you people on the sales floor have good driving records, because Amazon delivery and fulfillment is in your immediate future.

Clean store and helpful staff. I wanted to buy a surprise gift for my husband and Jon (the manager) and Jaime RC guided me on options + spent time helping me out, fun demeanor & polite people. Thankyou!
