The inventory is not very large and the higher quality televisions in the Magnolia premium area are seriously lacking. Recently on a return they asked me to step aside and wait twenty minutes. Customer service has fallen as well. The store is messy as well.

Greeter was great. Salesperson... eh. I have a sales background and I just notice when salespeople "phone it in"
Great. Easy. Everything is shown so it's easy to compare similar items. People are friendly and eager to help. Bought a new TV; in and out quickly with no stress. Jess was very helpful.

Any time I need tech assistance, Jonathan, Jared, and Ryan have always had my back. Jonathan helps me get checked in, patiently answers my questions about my phone and my printer, and Jared and Ryan have been super helpful in working with me on my tech questions about what equipment has suffered enough to let go and replace, vs what is salvageable and just needs some of their finessing. Overall, they make a great team and I'm just grateful for that in a world where people are so quick to point out everything else. Thanks, guys.
