This Best Buy location is a mess. It has low inventory, a dirty environment, and poor management. It's clear why fewer people are shopping here. It's hard to understand how this store is still operating. It feels like it should be closed for good, allowing the manager to retreat to his basement with nothing but Kraft Mac and Cheese and video games.

The AUDACITY of the people who work here! Do not buy open box items here, they do not follow their own standards. Ordered what I thought would be a laptop in excellent condition (per their website, no damage, all accessories, even box) What i got when I came to pick it up was just the laptop, damaged screen, deep scratch, no box and no charger. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, basically said, tough luck. wasted my time driving all the way to this location from the other side of the city. All they could say was it might take an hour for the system to let them return it so I can just leave it with them to return later. Yes, because I would definitely leave a thousand dollars with people who just lied to me about the quality of their product. I also felt incredibly baited and switched as the only solution they provided me was to exchange for another more expensive laptop and pay the difference since I was already there. Like, offering me the poor quality open box pricing and giving me a discount on a charger would've been a good compromise but they wouldn't even give me a second thought. Horrible service and I'm normally a very easy customer to help, they just didnt provide any

5* to Allie & BB for hiring people like him! It was almost closing time & Allie helped me get an AV receiver I needed. He was crucial as well because it got me in the right direction I needed for my speakers. Allie shared with me some insights and thoughts on what was looking for and without that I wouldn’t have ended up with the system & speakers I have now. Bc of him I purchased these thru Best Buy! Allie taking the time to help me while in-store saved me time, saved me money, and ultimately made BB a lot more money thru my purchases of my Klipsch speakers. Thanks Allie!
