How do I check product availability at the Vallejo Best Buy?

I knew i should not have gone to beat buy. They were supposed to have a item transferred from pleasant hill to vallejo and the guy transferred it from pleasant hill to pleasant hill. Told me they would hold the item up to 6 days since I work all week and would not have a chance to come back until 6 days later. Home delivery not an option either. When I came to pick up the item the cashier didn't listen to me and got defensive when I corrected her saying it was supposed to be delivered to pleasant hill. I could have bought this item anywhere else for 20 to 30 dollars less but thought I'll give a little business to best buy and would be easy. Nope, I shopped with best buy for over 20 year. I will remember this before I rethink doing any business with best buy and suggest anybody else take their business to a company that cares enough for their guest to honor their commitment. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
