Went to Best Buy with a friend to make a return. I asked a young man at the door to assist me with a new android phone in using the GPS. I am a senior & often ask young people for knowledge in using the various capabilities of my cell phone. Chris was so extremely polite, helpful & knowledge. It took him maybe 30 seconds to resolve my issue & taught a quick lesson on that magic phone! Christopher De La Rosa is actually the manager. He is an asset to Best Buy. Thank u so much Chris.
Checkout location changes every time I come, and they combine customer service and checkout with only a couple of people. So if all the employees are helping with customer support, good luck checking out on a timely fashion.

They only gave me part of an open box purchase and claimed everything was there. There are no phone numbers to contact the actual store, it just goes to a foreign customer service line.
