Visit was ok. They have a section there that offers applying for YSA pre-check so you don't have to take laptops out of bags, or take shoes off, etc. But it requires doing a background search with proper ID.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. Cary was the lady helping me check out. Absolutely horrible. She just stares at you and acts like you’re stupid. Nothing but rude remarks. Why would people want to come in to a company with workers like that. I think some people need to go.

Back to school sale! Marcus was super helpful in guiding me in the right direction towards buying a PC and a laptop as well. I think whoever his manager is should give him a raise or some sort of bonus/incentive because he was so nice and caring and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I’ve shopped there before, but this time was just perfect. I highly recommend asking for Marcus in the electronic section when you go shopping.

I was completely lost today looking for a computer for school so I went in to the mooresville Best Buy and the employee Serena helped me figure out which one was best for my college experience. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions!
