Best Buy I70 & Tower Rd

Wow, I didn't realize how far Best Buy has fallen. I wonder if this will be the last time I ever step foot in one. It's not just because of my experience, but it also looks like they might be going out of business. I came in to buy a tablet—or rather, I intended to buy one—but left out of frustration. While waiting for someone to help me, I noticed a group of employees on the other side of the showroom. They were giving each other high fives and chatting before walking over to the security area at the front door and continuing their conversation with what seemed to be everyone working in the store at the time. Eventually, I found one last employee who had been in the same area with me. As I approached him, I stopped in the middle of the aisle and watched him walk past me without saying a word. I know I could have said something to get him to stop, but the indifference from everyone around me, the long wait, combined with the sight of empty shelves, led me to think that maybe Best Buy isn’t the right place for me anymore. It’s pretty sad, especially considering how much I loved this store. I'm heading to Micro Center now to buy a tablet! Edit: just read some of the responses to their reviews from and I can't wait for my generic canned response that I've just read a dozen times. Pretty sad, just keeping your Google engagement number up without actually giving a s***.

I recently had to buy an unlocked phone in a hurry because my phone got dropped one too many times and the screen went black. When I came into this store I was met with a friendly greeting and pointed in the right direction by Jude at the front door. He called for an associate to come help me, but when the associate went and helped someone else instead, Jude came over to make sure I was taken care of. As I was attempting to get my debit card unlocked without access to my phone to unlock it, Jude was extremely patient and kind. His customer service was above and beyond, and his patience made a frustrating experience not only tolerable, but enjoyable. Based on my experience with him I would highly recommend this location if you are going to shop at Best Buy. To the management of this store: Jude is a great representative for Best Buy and you are fortunate to have him working there. This store is not the closest to my home, but it's the only one I will shop at from now on. Thanks Jude, for making my frustrating day better.

I went to the store to get a printer I stood around for about 10 minutes nobody acknowledged me at all the stores empty so nobody's doing nothing so when I had a question about an ink cartridge I looked at somebody who was maybe 15 feet from me and he was talking to somebody and asked if I had any questions and I said yes and he said he pass me on to somebody else who never came once again the store was wide open so it's like nobody there wanted to do their job so I guess Best Buy doesn't want to make no money and Walmart is right next door so guess where I went? Definitely my last time going there

I am always pleased with the customer service i get at Best Buy. i just bought a new cyber power pc from them and got exacly what i was looking for.
