Best Buy did an automatic renewal on geek service squad without my consent. They removed money from my banking account. They would not refund my money. They stole my money and refuse to acknowledge. I called the service customer service and they said they would refund my money and that I would receive a check in 3 to 4 weeks. Check never came. I kept calling Best Buy customer service and they said it has to come from the geek squad at Best Buy service in Mansfield. They are refusing to refund my money. It’s not automatic renewal as I did not sign on for automatic renewal when I told the service person who sold me my computer and the other two items. Best Buy stole my money. I’m 75 years old and they stole $300 plus from my bank account.
May 15, 2026 take my computer to install Photoshop and the time they selling me an extra warranty for one year at cost of $179 a year next day I decide not to do it. I cancel it it The guy who attended me was mad for the cancellation are you asking for my PC? And charge me $100 For cancellation, They Say, The Hundred Dollar Was For The Diagnostic Something didn’t and The and The Return my PC, But When I Connected My PC Manipulated Something Because Now I, Don’t Have Internet and I Have To Take my PC, To Another Tecni at the end They did something To my PC they Did this used because I cancel it the service I have all my papers to show what happened so these was a very bad experience never again Shopping to Best Buy
