We placed a large order for our new home—delivery and installation included. On delivery day, they showed up, dumped the product at our front door like they couldn’t care less, and left without installing anything. Absolutely pathetic customer service. They gave me every excuse in the book—“it won’t fit,” “we don’t want to risk it”—but in the end, I got sick of the back-and-forth. After wasting 30 minutes arguing, I managed to bring everything inside MYSELF. So don’t tell me it wouldn’t fit. That’s a flat-out lie. What makes it worse? I went through one of their so-called “experts” to place the order. And now? They’ve ghosted me—no replies to calls, no response to emails. I’ve used Best Buy for years, both personally and for my business, but this was the final straw. I’m done. I’ll never use Best Buy again. I hope others don’t waste their time and energy like I did. Save yourself the frustration.

Best buy customer service is non existent. Went in to purchase a washer and dryer and spent over 30 minutes in there looking at them and not one person same over to talk to me and ask if I needed any assistance. So I left and went online to make my purchase. Still ended up getting from Best Buy, a decision I now regret as the dryer has broken within a year and now trying to get them to come out and fix the issue has been a nightmare, as they've canceled the appointment on me 2 times now the morning of.
