Went in looking for a power adapter. My guy Corey was trying the best he could to be helpful, when all else failed he brought me to his manager Chris. Chris took one look at what I was looking for and was immediately dismissive of it. Didn't even bother to find an alternative or some kind of solution for me. F tier customer service; take this guy out to the dumpster with the rest of your defective products.
Corey if you read this you're my guy and you did all you could.

I love the Bradenton store and staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. The online help is very disappointing, no help number or support. The only way I can get a live person is to lie and say I want help purchasing a new item. I keep being told to log into my account via the app but my email has changed and I can’t get in to change my email. I know it’s Black Friday and cyber Monday but this is unacceptable. No one has been able to help me.
