I can't really call it. I was coming through Chicago on the Greyhound bus. I needed to buy some headphones. I had read reviews of the place but could not afford to pass it up. I went into the place and did not have the problems that I saw in other reviews. The staff was friendly enough and quickly directed me toward the headphones. I made the purchase without a problem and got out of the place.
