Worst shopping experience this past weekend. Came in for an apple watch. The associate that was assigned to me initially said the color I want is not standard issue and has to be purchased. Not true. I'd checked stock online and the only reason I went in store is I don't want to risk having my delivery stolen. When I told her that, she checked again and magically my color is standard issue but not in stock. And then she just saunters off like I've been dismissed. Walked up to another associate and checked out in 5 minutes with the color I want. If she doesn't want to work there they should fire her.

Yesterday I purchased my new iphone pro max 17 phone via Best Buy/ATT. The process (business relationship between the two) was a bit confusing vs the last time I purchased the pro max 14. However, I will say two of the geek squad members were kind and a super helpful checkout guy made my day by clarifying what I needed to do next! Customer service brings people back!
