Well Besy Buy has really been such a disappointment I purchased several appliances from them GE Profile Washer,Dryer,Dishwasher,Range my installation process was a freaking nightmare they use a 3rd party installers I had to make 4 appointments just to get my dryer installed my rang was the biggest nightmare after 3 weeks of it sitting g in Mt kitchen uninstall I was lied to a few times then the story would change from what it was 2 days before I spent just about $9k on my appliances figured I wouldn't have to call and scream and complain again and again and again but I did so finally they had an certificated installer ( after was told they didn't have one) came out to install my range and conveniently it cost me an additional $100.00 so I ended up paying 350.00 for just my range... I have been a Besy Buy customer since they opened in Southern California and after this I will never purchase anything from them again. Very very very disappointed in how my install was for my appliances
