I thought I knew a lot about TVs until I met Landis from Best buy Murrieta. I asked a lot of technical questions...all answered throughouhly. I must admit I've never met anybody who knows as much about TVs as this guy, and other tech too.
In the Amazon age, this is why I"ll continue to shop at Best Buy. Expertise. (Make him a trainer for some stores in San Diego...)
Fire Seth. Seth is the least knowledgeable person in the entire store. When I went to the store, I needed a couple things in order to build a computer. He told me to buy the wrong motherboard and power supply. I then asked if I should buy a new CPU cooler, which he said NO. I then had to come back and buy a CPU cooler. Im not sure about the knowledge that other employees have, but Seth is one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve personally ever seen. You’d have a better opportunity going to Micro Center in Tustin. It’s a far drive, but very worth it.
Staff is polite. Usually helpful.
Absolutely worst experience I’ve had anywhere before . Got sold a broken iPad went in to try and get it fixed they got it to turn on and sent me on my way I get home and still not charging , called and was refused to be able to call the front desk so I could get help with the same people who helped me before . Wasted 2 hours of my life just trying to get help over the phone now going to have to waist another hour of my time just to drive there for the THIRD TIME .
