I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. I purchased a 100” Hisense TV online, which came with a free promotional TV and a wall mount. When I went to pick up my order, neither the mount nor the promotional TV were ready. Thankfully, one associate helped locate the mount, but I was told the free TV would be delivered to my home along with the installation of the 100” TV. The installation team did an excellent job setting up the main TV, but they had no knowledge of the promotional TV and no record of it in their system. From there, the experience only went downhill. Since customers can’t call stores directly anymore, I made multiple frustrating calls to the call center, and eventually went back to the store myself. When I finally spoke with a supervisor/manager, I was told there were no notes in their system about the free TV. He claimed I was notified by email to pick it up, and because I hadn’t, the promotional TV had been canceled after five days. No phone call, no professionalism, no attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I was spoken to rudely and essentially called dishonest when I explained what I had been told by previous staff. This is not customer service. A promotion should be honored, and communication should be clear and respectful. To cancel without a call and then shift blame to the customer is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again, and I sincerely hope they avoid the fate of Circuit City by improving their customer care and professionalism.

Stopped in to look at washers and dryers. Just starting research. Sales associates were extremely knowledgeable about their stock and upcoming sales. Great selection to choose from.
