We had an issue with a television that we were preparing to load into our truck , but as we were getting ready to load it the wind which was very high blew it off the cart. Not realizing it might be damaged we still took it home anyway, but it was, so we took it back to the store, expecting to have an issue with returning it. We were approached by David the SM and explained what happened, he simply told us he could exchange it for another one. That type of service is what will keep us going back to Best Buy for our next electronic purchase.

Maybe I'm wrong but I was under the impression that the reason specialty stores charge so much more was because they've trained the employees so they're specialized in knowing their store and everything in it and about it, or else for us customers it's just an expensive Walmart and no offense to the employees cuz they were very kind awesome people but Best buy apparently don't care to do anything extra than a store like Walmart except extra on the prices, little disappointing Best buy and this is not one bit about the awesome employees! This is straight to you Best buy! I had to find what I was looking for myself and was told the other one would do what I needed and got home and it absolutely is the opposite of what I need shame on you Best buy! And it's every time I've been your employees are clueless but so kind and sweet but clueless and that's your fault as a company Best buy
