Hello , I went in to Best Buy yesterday. I was told the manager was very busy , The manager is question was at the return counter JUSTYNA / She was not busy , I explained like 3 times why I was there . I felt like I was speaking another language . I went in the store to inform her of the issue I was having with my 2 nd washer I purchased , because the first one was defected . The washer was not delivered on date 12/8 it was delivered 12/12 . She said so your telling me you want compensation , because your product was a day late . NO ma'am I said 4 days late . The manager doesn't listen at all & WASN'T willing to HELP me at all !! She told me that customer service / Corporate told me to come in to the store ,so that they could get me off the phone . JUSTYNA has no customer service skills to be in management ... She is very demeaning & dismissive ! I told her have a wonderful night & I didn't get a respond at all !! I will never go to Oswego BEST BUY AGAIN . THANKS SO MUCH TO YOUR MANGEMENT JUSTYNA NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL !!
I just recently purchased a desk top computer, tv and printer. I had great customer service! Had a return and no issues. Rafael, Ross and a few names I do not recall. All very professional and helpful .
Yeneth, the manager, and the other two team members at this store were incredibly helpful with our trade-in. We didn’t have a good experience at the Aurora Best Buy, so we came here instead — and we’re glad we did. They helped us trade in our old PS4 and controller and guided us through the entire process of getting our new PS5. Excellent customer service!
