I purchased a PlayStation 5 online and chose the pick up option.
Upon arriving at the designated location, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my package was ready for pickup. The queues were surprisingly short, and the customer service representatives were incredibly friendly and professional throughout my interaction.
The one downside was, they didn’t have a bag large enough for my item and I had to walk out the store with a PlayStation 5 in hand. If you’re from the neighborhood you definitely know why I say walking out with a high dollar item may make you a target.
However, parking is available in abundance, with a parking lot fee of approximately three dollars for a brief duration.
