Not the best experience....
I called first to verify & p/Costumer Service they can repair a Bose system even if not purchased at Best Buy. Turns out that's a No.
Walked into the store. Rep was occupied with another employee who was visiting with his kids. Waited and waited, finally someone saw me and came to help.
Went to the restroom. Walked into Handicap stall, unlocked, female employee (approx in her early 30's) inside washing her hands. Said sorry door was unlocked. She responded "Didn't you hear the water running?" Which pissed me off as I'm disabled. Said "No I did not but there's 3 extra stalls you could've used. These stalls are for the disabled, parents w/ children, special needs, which you don't seem to to be any."
I hadn't entered a Best Buy in years. I now remember why.

Son un desastre! Te venden una lavadora les avisas que estas en segundo piso te dicen que te incluye hasta un tercer piso! Cuando llegan no la pueden subir se van y te la dejan sin instalar, te dicen que podes cambiarla por otro modelo para que no tegan que hacer fuerza! Lamentable todo.
Una lavadora de 2600 dolares! Y encima te dicen que te demoran 90 dias en devolver tu dinero!!! Ultima vez que compro algo aca!
Uno paga para que le solucionen las cosas y lo unico que logre es generarme mas problemas!

Kenisha was super helpful getting me a new GoPro after I broke my other one while on vacation. She’s the best!
Waited around to be helped but nobody was to be found. Could not find 1 customer service rep until I walked all the way back to the front of the store. Very disappointed. Asked for a stereo that was tagged as cleared. I was informed they couldn't sell the floor model. Then please remove the cleared tag so people don't wait around for help and then be told you can't purchase the floor model.
