I went in with my wife to seriously shop for 2 upper end phones. The 3 staff we encountered in less than 5 minutes had the personality and helpfulness as a soaking wet tissue, the phones were all dummy displays without any function, and you wonder why we're forced to shop online! The staff seems untrained, unhappy, and not inclined to be helpful. We will not be returning to "BEST" Buy! What a joke!!
