They had 1 phone case option for the new Google Pixel... On top of that, they have a 15-day return policy. That is unacceptable for a such a large corporation. You have to be a member to 'earn' a 60-day return period? I have an account and they are likely selling all of my data in that account, but I can't return a screen protector I bought a month ago? Not even store credit? Why support a large corporation when they lack the things that usually come with stores of that caliber ? Shame.

Needed to replace my wireless keyboard and mouse. The guy was VERY helpful in finding us one that was just right for our use.
Ordered a custom tablet and had it delivered through this Best Buy. Took it as a given that they handle electronics all the time. The in store pickup is a set of clear bins on shelves. Items of various values are tossed in a pile into the bins. I asked the employee who retrieved my tablet if they were crazy I was so floored. He laughed, I'm not sure it's funny. All they need to do is to stack the expensive things in the box instead of throwing them. Your electronics you order for pickup will not be treated with the same care and professionalism that everything else in the store receives.
