Best Buy Northridge

I purchased a Canon EOS R50 camera from this store. While that experience was perfectly fine, what wasn't is that the employee purposely lied to me about the protection plans and what they offer. They told me that the 4 year protection plan allows you to return the camera with the plans length for store credit. Sounds great right? Well after reading the actual terms of the plan on Best Buys website later did I realize they completely and flat out lied to me (for quota I imagine). This isn't a feature of their plans at all and the plans themselves are much worse than advertised. Be very wary when they try to sell you the protection plans, you can buy one later within a number days for most things even after you purchased the product should you believe a plan is worth it. If you ended up getting scammed like me, just know you can cancel the plans in store or online for a full refund within 30 days.

His customer service, patience, professionalism, and knowledge in helping me select the perfect refrigerator for my mom were beyond reproach. I cannot thank him enough for the time he spent assisting me, answering all of my questions, and keeping me informed through emails and phone calls throughout the entire process. His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you, Alex, for going above and beyond in every way. You are a tremendous asset to Best Buy, and I truly appreciate everything you did for us. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and customer-focused as you on its team.

I had the pleasure of stopping by this Best Buy the other day. Adrian helped me out for over 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and trust me, I had a lot of them. This experience is one I plan on telling my family, and I’ll recommend this store to everyone for their technology needs. Thank you so much to Adrian and the other members at this location.
