Saw that best buy had an OLED TV at a very low price in "excellent" condition. Description was like new, all original parts in the box, etc. Drove 1.5 hrs from Orlando to Davenport in heavy traffic to pick up. The associate pulled up a box that was pretty beat up, barely taped shut. I insisted they open it to insure all parts were there. Missing the legs. When they pulled the poorly packed TV out to test that it worked, they pressed the screen with their hands with no regard to it being an OLED TV. Tried to "compromise" by giving me some Insignia TV stand legs that may or may not work for a Samsung TV. Asked for my refund and was told a manager would reach out to me but didn't hear back. Got my money back, but not my time or energy spent. One star: poor quality control on the part of best buy Davenport.
