My local Warner Robins Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?
We’ll always try our best to accommodate your needs when scheduling a service appointment and would be happy to reserve the most convenient, available appointment slot for you, but for time-sensitive services/installations we recommend that you schedule as far in advance as possible. For vehicle installations, you can view, schedule, check, change or reschedule appointments by visiting Geek Squad® Autotech Reservations. Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.
What are Best Buy Warner Robins stores’ holiday hours?
To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Went to buy a tv for my new apartment. Took nearly 2.5 hours from first walking in. First I waited for awhile and the one good dude in there named Nathan came to help me and he was great. I showed him one I had been looking at and he showed me some comparable tvs in my price range. I spent some time thinking about it and he went off to help some other customers while I thought about it. Normal and totally understandable. I then went and found him again and he was with another customer and he said he’d be back over to help again asap. Totally understandable. I then went back to the tvs to wait some and didn’t see him for awhile. He was still over helping some people with laptops. I figured I’d get back on the list just to speed things up and see if another employee could help. I waited about an hour and went to ask if my name was still in the list and the lady at the front said it had been removed because they couldn’t find me. I was over with the TVs in plain view and was one of maybe three people in the same area. UNACCEPTABLE. She put my name back on the list and Nathan finally came back to help and I got the tv after about another 15 minutes of waiting. Checking out maybe took a minute with Nathan. While waiting I saw numerous employees and some manager types sitting around and just talking. Nathan was the only employee actively helping anyone so I don’t fault him for falling behind with me. It’s unacceptable to have managers that won’t help when there are people that need help and it’s unacceptable to have employees that just walk around and don’t ask if you need help and or actively avoid coming near you so they don’t have to. I also overhead managers swearing over stuff when they did have to do something.
Frankly, everyone in that store needs to fired except for Nathan and the lady at the front who both were just doing there jobs. It is unacceptable for it to take upwards of 30 minutes to buy a tv let alone 2 hours. And it’s disgusting to have managers that won’t help and like to swear at minor inconveniences in front of customers.
