PSA: Don't order anything from Best Buy that you absolutely need. They have returned 3 of my last orders, either because of a "system error" or because the items weren't in stock like it said on both their mobile app and computer databases. Also, the associate that attempted to help me order my last order screwed it up TWICE. And now I'm having to wait 20-60 days until I get my full refunds. I am feeling beyond defeated, as one of the items I NEEDED for training and orientation. Feeling very discouraged but just wanted to warn you guys... BEST BUY IS A 0/10

For a feel like me I was in heaven.
Couldn't find anyone to help find a switch game. Finally found it on the shelf took it over to the front to get the game and pay and they didn't actually have the game.
