They were awesome!! I just needed a case and new screen protector for my Iphone 14pro max. They fixed it right up! The General mgr replace my beat up screen protector. Arthritis in my hands makes it a difficult task! THANK YOU!!

The staff walked pass us several times. No one offered to help us in any way. When we finally found someone to answer a few questions, he was giving off 'you have to buy today' energy.

I think this is the only Best Buy location where you feel completely on your own. No one comes to help just greetings, “hi,” “hello”. You’re just expected to look for everything by yourself. I’ve purchased a MacBook, PS5, a 65-inch TV, an iPhone 17 Pro, and many accessories from Best Buy, and I’m even a Plus member, yet the service here is disappointing every single time. There is always a long wait for billing, and if you need help or have a question, be prepared to wait even longer. Employees keep calling someone on their walkie-talkies, but it still takes a long time for anyone to show up, and even after they do, the wait continues. Best Buy really needs to hire more staff so customers can actually receive proper service. At this point, it feels better to avoid visiting the store altogether buying online is faster and less frustrating than shopping in-store at this location.

Horrible service!!! I was sent to four different associates ! I’m not sure if he was the manager or not but he informed me the associates were busy with other customers! There were only two ppl in the store lol myself & another person! He also had a smug attitude! I refuse to spend my coins where I am NOT appreciated! Do better!
