Customer service is horrible. Manager is loud, condescending, and rude when a problem is brought to his attention. I do not know how he has rising to the position of store manager.

I bought a TV at Christmas a couple years ago. Something went wrong and I had paid extra for a warranty and they refused to replace the TV or send a repair man. I will never shop there for anything. They tried saying I canceled my warranty. Funny thing is the TV should have been covered under the store warranty as it wasn't that old. Guess what I am still paying on that TV because it was over 2000.00 with the boes. I am taking my sweet time paying them back. I work hard for my money. I don't make that many big purchases but never again will Best Buy get my business!
