We bought a new laptop and Kenda was our agent. She was very knowledgeable and answered all out questions. She went above and beyond helping us out to make sure we got everything we wanted. I would give her 10bstars but there are only 5. If you want real customer service ask for Kenda when you get there.

Always a +30min wait to get a rep’s assistance. And they always look dumb and confused when you go back to the front saying you’ve been waiting and tries to assure someone will be with you soon.
I walked out without putting in an order for anything and literally ordered an appliance online and scheduled the delivery before pulling out the parking lot. This brick and mortar is useless.
