Called the store phone number and was sent to a customer service agent? The agent then told me that if I take my equipment to. The store they will diagnose it for free, but if they come out to my home it’s $100. So I decided to go into the store. Once there I explained what was going on and he said it was $100 for diag. When told about calling the store and that it was free if I brought it in. He said the stores phone number transfers the call overseas and stated they have their scripts wrong. Now I have to come back and make an appointment. This is not on the employee but the company and not having a direct line to the store itself.
Visit this store the other day, very horrible customer service here…it’s not that big for one for every employee to be working in there and you can’t get one person to help…I stood there for almost 30 mins to buy a drone & it depressed me to not be helped or considered someone to atleast be concerned…will not visit again, but thanks enough.
Asked someone about an iPhone 14 case and all he said was “we have a small selection” before he walked away. Pleasant experience overall

It’s hit or miss here. I have had bad and great service. Once I bought a security system for my RV after a break in and they sold me a wired one after I told them I needed wireless. I had to return right before closing to get correct one and was almost left without security after a break in as a single woman. I have bought my MacBook Pro and got my warranty plan and that has saved me tons here and on all my other Best Buy purchases. It is my local Best Buy so I keep going back, but I think they need to train their employees better especially if it is regarding security systems and peoples safety.
